Maybe You’re Not Stuck

There are moments when everything feels stuck.

You try.

You put in effort.

You expect progress.

But nothing seems to move.

And slowly, that feeling turns into disappointment. You start questioning yourself. Maybe you’re not good enough. Maybe it’s not meant for you. Maybe you’ve reached your limit.

But what if that’s not what’s happening?

What if you’re not stuck

you’re just repeating the same approach?

Sometimes we face the same problem again and again, not because we can’t solve it, but because we’re trying to solve it the same way every time. And when it doesn’t work, we assume the problem is us.

But growth doesn’t always come from more effort.

Sometimes it comes from a different perspective.

There are moments when life doesn’t block you.

It pauses you.

Not to stop you, but to show you something you’re not noticing yet. A pattern. A habit. A mindset that needs adjusting.

But when you’re focused on results, it’s easy to miss the lesson.

So instead of asking, “Why isn’t this working?”

try asking, “What am I not seeing?”

That question changes everything.

It turns frustration into curiosity.

It shifts you from self-doubt to awareness.

Because being stuck doesn’t always mean you’re incapable.

It might just mean there’s something you haven’t understood yet.

And once you see it, things start to move again.

You are capable.

Not because everything will work immediately,

but because you can learn, adjust, and try differently.

Sometimes progress isn’t about pushing harder.

It’s about paying attention.
